Refund policy

Return Policy: 

Due to the nature of our products and the current global status with Covid-19, ALL Items are FINAL SALE! No refunds or exchanges will be accepted at this time. 

Please note that all Custom items, Clearance items, Accessories, Swimwear, and Intimates are Final Sale.

We strive to do our best to make sure all orders are packaged correctly but in the event items are missing from your order, or have arrived damaged, please contact us immediately and we will promptly arrange a replacement, available at no additional cost. 

Damage items must be reported upon receipt and no later than 2 days after the shipping carrier has marked the package delivered. If not reported within this time frame, items are no longer eligible for return. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

Returned packages with damaged items will only be eligible for a refund if they meet the following criteria: 

• All returned packages must be received within 14 business days from date of delivery
• All items must have the original tags attached
• All items must be in good, unworn condition, no stains, rips, foul odors, etc.
• Price adjustments will not be done for items with a reduced price.
• Shipping Fee is not refundable
• We don't provide shipping labels at the moment.
• Undergarments and Swimsuits are Final Sale. 
• Sale items are Final Sale.
