Return Policy: 

Due to the nature of our products and the current global status with Covid-19, ALL Items are FINAL SALE! No refunds or exchanges will be accepted at this time. 

Please note that all Clearance items, Accessories, Swimwear, and Intimates are Final Sale.

We strive to do our best to make sure all orders are packaged correctly but in the event items are missing from your order, or have arrived damaged, please contact us immediately and we will promptly arrange a replacement, available at no additional cost. 

Damaged items must be reported upon receipt and no later than 2 days after the shipping carrier has marked the package delivered. If not reported within this time frame, items are no longer eligible for return. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

Returned packages with damaged items will only be eligible for a refund if they meet the following criteria: 

  • All returned packages must be received within 7 business days from date of delivery
  • All items must have the original tags attached
  • All items must be in good, unworn condition, no stains, rips, foul odors, etc.
  • Price adjustments will not be done for items with a reduced price.
  • Shipping Fee is not refundable
  • We don't provide shipping labels at the moment.
  • Undergarments and Swimsuits are Final Sale. 
  • Sale items are Final Sale.


Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your order to be processed. 

-You can not make any changes to your order once it is processed. 

All orders leave our facility within 1 to 4 business days after processing, excluding holidays and weekends.

- All orders are shipped from Atlanta, GA

-Once your order ships, a confirmation email will be sent to you with detailed tracking information.Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated on the shipping carriers website.

Please note that while we don't foresee any delays after your package has shipped, these events may occur. 

Once a package is shipped we are not responsible for what happens while in transit.

Although rare several things can happen such as stolen packages, open and resealed packages and packages lost in transit for an extended period of time.

All carriers have a claim process for these situations, please use your tracking number and follow the claim process listed on the carriers website.

Feel free to contact us and notify us of the situation as well.

If you put the wrong address of information on order we are not responsible after order has been shipped. you will have to contact the carrier to locate your package
